A 90-minute session costs £30 per person. What's in the spa The spa is a thermal circuit, designed to be moved through in rounds — heat, cold, then rest. Guests can order drinks during their session: a member of the team takes the order and brings the drinks out to the spa. There are no treatment rooms, so this is a thermal spa rather than a massage or facial spa. Where you'll be Gower Retreats sits in the heart of the Gower Peninsula, the UK's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The spa is set beside the lake on site. Rhossili Bay, Worm's Head, Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich and Weobley Castle are all a short drive away, and the Gower coast path crosses the peninsula. It works well as a spa session after a day walking the coast. Stay the night Gower Retreats has boutique accommodation and glamping on the same site, so a spa session can be added to an overnight stay rather than squeezed into a day trip.
