SENIOR CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER 📍 The Street-Food Kings | Llanrhidian, Swansea We’re looking for a talented, hardworking Senior Chef to join our growing kitchen team at The Street-Food Kings. We want someone who loves cooking, thrives in a busy kitchen and isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table. This isn’t your average chef role! We encourage creativity, menu development and giving our chefs the freedom to put their own stamp on our food. THE ROLE * Lead and organise busy kitchen services. * Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene. * Support and develop the kitchen team. * Help manage stock, food waste and kitchen efficiency. * Create exciting specials and contribute to menu development. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * A confident, hardworking chef who thrives under pressure. * Someone who takes pride in their food and supports their team. * A positive attitude, strong leadership skills and a passion for cooking. * A creative mindset with fresh ideas. You don’t need previous Kitchen Manager experience! Talented Chef de Parties or Sous Chefs looking to step up are encouraged to apply.
