About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will help create and deliver seasonal menus using the finest Welsh produce. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, a strong palate, and a desire to grow with us. Split shifts, 4 days per week.
